NOTARY TRANSLATIONS

Our company also facilitates notary services, saving the customer’s time. After the translation is performed by a professional translator, we will forward it to a notary public who will certify it. The prices for notary translations will be invoiced separately by the notary public.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY!

Our recommendation:
Before requesting a notary translation, make sure that:

  • The data in the document is accurate and real - especially in court sentences, where many typing errors can be found. The translator has the obligation to translate the data and the names as they appear in the original document
  • You have all the necessary visas from the competent ministries (e. g. for medical certificates - visa from the Ministry of Health), as well as visas from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (appostille). Some countries (like Italy and Spain) specifically require these visas to prove the document authenticity.
  • The civil status documents are used internationally - those in the old format are not recognized abroad. Internationally valid certificates can be obtained from the registrar office that issued the initial certificate.
  • The documents are legible and do not contain deletions and modifications. If this is the case, the modifications and deletions must be certified/signed by the representative of the issuing authority.
  • In case of translations from Russian, Greek or Hebrew, you should have a photocopy of the holder's passport or other identification document where the name appears in Latin letters.
